Phil is the Demo Chef for Maldon Sea Salt Flakes and he'll be creating an array of delicious seafood dishes with Maldon sea salt’s finest flakes using locally caught seafood, 

all cooked using NETHERTON FOUNDRY cookware.

Former winner of the Apprentice of the Year at Yorkshire Coast College. Vicky has been at The Crown Spa for the last 13 years, and involved in all food areas, but her forte is the pastry section where she specialises in creating mouth-watering offerings
