The Times Eat: Hannah Evans showcases peanut butter in our Prospector

 
In our opinion, if you have just achieved your Personal Best and are in need of a Protein Boost, nothing beats Peanut Butter.  Of course, we have absolutely no formal qualifications to back up this claim, just an abiding love of the stuff.  We can’t be the only ones to have snaffled a spoonful straight out of the jar, can we?
 
 
Hannah Evans shared her love of peanut butter, which lends dishes what she describes as “savoury oomph” , in last weekend’s Times Eat! Section (6.4.24).  Her selection of sweet and savoury recipes all incorporating peanut butter will have you scraping every last scrap put of the jar.  And not only has she used one of our favourite ingredients, but her one-pan prawn curry is pictured in our go-to oven to table  prospector pan, beautifully  photographed by Romas Foord.
