A great present for all sorts of occasions, for example it's Mother’s Day done differently!

Longer lasting than a bunch of flowers, more useful than a box of chocolates, better value than a bottle of Chanel and more satisfying than a 1000 piece jigsaw! We all know how practical Mums are, so here’s a chance for that practicality to be put to good use with our brand new “make your own” pan kit! Fun to make, fun to use, this is a unique and original present that will last for years. The kit contains everything she will need to create her own 10” frying pan; build the pan, season it and then add the oak handles.

We provide you with all the materials and tell you how to make this pan in couple of hours:

A "naked" black iron pan body and handle that is ready prepared for seasoning.
Organic seasoning flax oil and a cotton cloth to apply the oil, the same as we use in our workshops.
You will season both of these items in your own oven, this takes about an hour.
Also provided are the black crown nuts used to attach the pre-shaped handle; we include a 10mm spanner in the kit to tighten these.
Finally you will add the the oak handle covers. This is achieved by gently tapping brass inserts into the covers with a small hammer (you'll need to find one). The covers are then sandwiched around the handle and are attached with two brass screws using a flat blade regular screwdriver (not provided).
The pan assemby will take around 20 minutes and of course we provide an instruction leaflet and a link to a video guiding you through the process.
We recommend that you season the pan and handle for the first time within 30 days of despatch to ensure best results.
