7" (18cm) traditional, ridged cast iron cooking iron (Steak Press) with British oak handle

Pre-heat the cast cooking iron to create the ribbed char cooked look.

Place cooking iron on bacon, burgers, steaks & vegetables.

Use it to make perfect paninis & toasted sandwiches.

Ensures they are evenly cooked & flat.

May be pre-heated to speed cooking.

Pre-seasoned with flax oil

For use in 10" frying pan / steak skillet or larger. Pan not included but click here for our pan recommendation.

Why use a Cooking Iron?

It's made from sand cast iron and states that it's Made in England proudly on the top surface.

The edible Sussex flax oil coating is easy to wash & naturally non-stick.
