What could be nicer? A prospector pan, filled with a recipe by Nigel Slater
This is a delicious tart recipe from Nigel Slater, which was featured in the Observer Food Monthly, edition no 213, February 2019.
In this case, it is “a crisp crust hiding a soft filling; melted cheese inside the fragile edges of a filo pie”.
We are, of course, delighted that he owns a Netherton prospector pan and bursting with pride at seeing it featured in print in the Sunday paper.
