Corona Virus/Covid 19: We are still open and making things.
Carl, Mandy and Neil are at the workshops making pans, the rest of the team are working from home to keep the pans flying to you ASAP.

You can still shop on-line, but please choose carefully, as our office staff are working from home, so we are not geared up to handle exchanges. If in doubt, ask us! Send an email to sales@netherton-foundry.co.uk and we will write back or call you.
For now, our delivery lead times are unchanged. Most orders will be shipped out within a couple of weeks, but some may take up to 28 days.
But this will depend, ultimately, on our couriers.
If you’ve placed an order, you’ll get an auto acknowledgement. If it doesn’t pop into your in box within half an hour, please check your spam folder.
If you need to get in touch, please use email (write to sales@netherton-foundry.co.uk) in the first instance. We only have one phone line working, so you may not be able to get through. We will try and call back, if appropriate and if we can.
Returns, exchanges and repairs – these may have to wait until the crisis is over; we have limited resources on site. Please bear with us.
Spare parts are available; check if what you want is available on-line, but if you can’t find what you need, write to us sales@netherton-foundry.co.uk
We are concentrating on our standard product range for now. If you are interested in a special item, feel free to write to us and we will look at these when life returns to normal.
