Tinned fish. Yes, we know that tinned fish is so very fashionable at the moment, and rightly so. But in last weekend’s Times (25.10.2025) we have a different take, as Tony Turnbull cooks a whole sea bass in one of our prospector roasting tins.  He also includes a recipe for cooking the fish in the oven with fennel, orange and almonds and the roasting tin would again be the perfect piece of cookware.One of our team in particular is very fond of sea bass – I’m looking at you, Julia – so she will no doubt be delighted to read not only about whole seas bass on roast potatoes, but the other 5 recipes as well.
