We would more than happily eat the “lots of leftovers” from both the squash and butter bean stew and the cod and olive one pot recipes in the feature; that could of course have something to do with Romas Foord ’s enticing photography too! Equally appealing is the fact that both dishes require only a single pan and by using a prospector, the dinner is elegant enough to go straight to the table – hence less washing up.
