Master Chef X Decimo X Custom Netherton Prospector pan

It was the last summer BC (Before Covid) and Peter Sanchez Iglesias came to us for some bespoke pans for the newly opened Decimo restaurant in London.  He had created a new mushroom dish and wanted a pan to show it off, hence the beautifully scalloped mushroom handles on his pans.
And for a few fleeting months these pans regularly made their appearance on the restaurant tables.
And then came lockdown, the doors closed, the lights were turned off and with everyone at home, the pans languished in the dark.
Throughout the nervous months that followed, there were openings and closings and finally life returned to normal and the pans returned to the warm and welcoming glow of the pass and walk on parts on Instagram.
And then, FLASH, those same pans came proudly forward into the glare and dazzle of the Masterchef spotlight.

Making their TV debut, the pans were thrust into the hands of the Masterchef contestants who had made it through to have a chance to cook in a professional kitchen.  At Decimo, they bravely recreated a number of Decimo dishes, cooked and served in the prospector pans and under Peter’s watchful eye. Originally designed with one dish in mind, the prospector pans are now earning their keep by demonstrating their versatility and robustness and are used for so many more delicious looking dishes.
