More independent shops are stocking Netherton in 2023

If you listen to the press, you could easily be mistaken for thinking that the High St is on its knees, that traditional retail has had its day. But we’d like to refute that and assure you that our fabulous stockists are still there, sprucing up their stock and always happy to help. What’s more, we are delighted to welcome several new shops on to the UK stockist list, from flagship London stores, via small cook shops, a deli and a farm shop.

What a privilege to be invited to supply the newly opened third floor at Fortnum and Mason, where they have opened  their Food and Drink Studio - “a space dedicated to the search for extraordinary food and drink experiences.”- and Cook Shop, “a curated space that champions exceptional craftsmanship, functionality, sustainability, and culinary creativity.”  This has always been a destination shop and now there’s another great reason to visit.

Head out from London in to Essex and in the picturesque village of Dedham, the hearty of John Constable country, you will find Little Merchant, a gem of a shop selling gorgeous things for your home. Instagram @littlemerchantdedham

Go north from there into the market town of Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire and discover the joys of the small, but perfectly formed Princes Risborough Cook Shop, where you will find friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help you.

The we take a whistle stop whizz to the west to drop into the yellow hued glow of Bristol’s sunshiney cook shop, Kitchen Artillery in Clifton.  Enter an Aladdin’s cave/TARDIS of all manner of quality cookware and a few quirky culinary curios too.

Back up in our home county of Shropshire, we are so pleased that award winning Broad Bean delicatessen is now our Ludlow outlet. We have known Ian the owner for some time, so when the time was right for him to put our pans amongst his provisions, we didn’t hesitate.

And after a recent change of ownership, we are delighted to add Entertaining Elephants in Church Stretton – surely one of the best shop names there is – back on to the stockist list.

Last, but by no means least, we head north again to Brambles Cook Shop in Audlem Cheshire, which sits on the Shropshire Union Canal, giving you more than enough of an excuse to visit.
