Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip Series 4. Episode 2, Fiesta Forever
In their latest adventure, Gordon, Gino and Fred head on to Galicia in northwest Spain, starting with a search for shellfish in Cambados with some truly inspirational women.

The three visit the organic vineyard Diego de Lemos Mencía in the Ribeira Sacra region of Galicia, Spain. Gordon & Gino cook for inspirational winemaker, Esther. They barbeque local beef & Gordon makes Romesco sauce using a Netherton Foundry 12” frying pan: NFS-126 whilst Gino prepares potatoes with a creamy sauce in a Netherton Foundry 12” Prospector pan: NFS-202 .
