I first fell in love with the design and style of the pans then, after hearing a great chef sing the praises of the wok, I had to invest. I've gone through so many woks over the years i was happy to pay a bit more for one that would last. I am not disappointed.
I use it almost every other day. Not just for wok style dishes but it's ability to reach high temperatures and distribute that heat evenly makes it great for sealing meat, thus keeping the meat moist.
I can't recommend enough and I'm already planning many more purchases!

marvellous. light and versatile, beautifully designed and high quality materials. it's a dream to use. good woks are tricky to find: either not up to the task or fall apart after a year or two. this is the polar opposite. hard-wearing, great to cook with and, as the earlier reviewer says, as light as a feather. top drawer. serious quality.

Best pan I’ve ever owned. I use it for Wok style cooking and for making pasta sauces, for sealing meat before casserole,,, , well pretty much anything. Heats really fast, cooks evenly and dead easy to clean.
I am amazed at how light it is. You see the word Iron, and think “heavy”, like the “famous orange enamelled stuff” It’s not, It weighs less than a steel pan with a decent bottom!
I’m after saucepans next!
