Michelin Chef Adam Gray to cook with Netherton Pans at The Taste of London
Here's what they are saying about us............................
Out of the frying pan into the....Fire Pit
Michelin Chef, Adam Gray and Historian Emma Stoffer are being joined by Shropshire's Netherton Foundry
for the Taste of London Winter Food Festival in London's Tobacco Dock.
Adam will be cooking Christmas goose on the fire pit with Netherton Foundry's amazing cast and spun iron bowls and pans on Nov 20th at 6.30pm. These pans are so special, but made for everyone not just professionals. Netherton's pans are great for browning and searing food and as they fry virtually fat free they're perfect for cooking healthily on the fire pit.
The theme for this year's festival is Forgotten Food
and we'll be revealing the secret history of Christmas
fayre thanks to our supreme food historian Emma Stoffer.
Adam will be demonstrating how to cook Goose with this
exciting barbeque style of cooking while Emma tells us
how we came to find this versatile but often forgotten meat on our Christmas tables.
